At HSBC Amanah we are dedicated to delivering better banking services to our valued customers. Our 24-hour Telebanking service satisfies your banking needs as you enjoy convenience from the comfort of your home or even when you're abroad.

For HSBC Amanah deposit account holders

When you enrol for our Telebanking service, the following will be provided at the branch:

  • 6-digit Telebanking Personal Identification Number (TPIN)
  • 10-digit Personal Banking Number (PBN) or your 16-digit credit card number

For HSBC Amanah credit card holders

you need is:

  • 6-digit TPIN (you will receive this by mail after your credit card has been approved)
  • 16-digit credit card number

If you've misplaced or forgotten your TPIN or PBN, please call us on 1300 80 2428 (local calls) or 603-8321 5502(overseas) or visit your nearest HSBC Amanah or HSBC branch to obtain them.
