What Is Treasury & Capital Markets?

The Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets (CIBM) business provides tailored financial solutions to major government, corporate and institutional clients world-wide. Managed as a global business, it takes a long-term relationship management approach to build a full understanding of clients' financial requirements.

Clients are served by teams of relationship managers and product specialists to develop financial solutions to meet individual clients' needs. This customer group comprises four main business lines - Corporate and Institutional Banking, Global Investment Banking, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking.

 

Corporate And Institutional Banking Malaysia

Corporate and Institutional Banking Malaysia provides dedicated sector based relationship management to HSBC's clients in major corporate and financial institutions. The Bank focuses on fostering long-term relationships based on its international connections and extensive knowledge of Asia and Asian business. A full range of corporate banking services provides customers with integrated financial solutions.

Institutional banking focuses on clients from financial and sovereign institutions, including banks, statutory boards, government agencies, investment banks, securities/futures brokers, supra-nationals, insurance companies and fund managers. Its dedicated relationship management team is part of an institutional banking network that serves the needs of our customers worldwide.

 

Global Markets

With one of the largest and the most established dealing room in the country, our team of specialists serves the requirements of financial institutions, government agencies, corporate clients, institutional investors and other market participants.
