The overall duration of the MDP is approximately 30 months.

Online Tests
Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills are amongst some of the requirements for a Resident Management Trainee. As such, if shortlisted, you will be requested to complete online verbal & numerical reasoning tests as well as an operational behavioural questionnaire (OPQ). These should take about 20-30 minutes each and, because they are online, you can complete these tests at your convenience.
HR Interview
If you have successfully passed the tests, you will be invited to attend an interview with one of our HR Managers. Here, you will be preliminarily assessed on your communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to gauge if you will be able to proceed onto the Assessment Centre.
MDP Assessment Centre
This is the final stage of the selection process. It lasts half a day and the selection panel comprises a HR Manager and 2 other assessors from the business functions. The assessment centre is not designed just to determine if you are the right candidate but also which business stream best suits you.
The MDP Assessment Centres are conducted quarterly: March, June, September and December. Please apply early as places are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
