Security when it matters
- If you lose your cash, your HSBC Premier MasterCard®credit card and Premier ATM card and you urgently need access to money, you can approach any HSBC branch in the country where you are at to obtain emergency cash.
- If you loose your Premier credit card, you can collect call to +1-314-275-6781 and we'll cancel your Premier credit card immediately and arrange for the credit card replacement quickly. In the meantime, emergency cash can be arranged at your request before your receive the new credit card. You can collect the cash at over 245,000 outlets across 200 countries
- Enjoy peace of mind by enrolling with our exclusive Travel Insurance service which will provide cover even for your family members^.
