Pay Your HSBC Bills and Transfer Funds With Our MEPS Interbank Giro Service

MEPS Interbank GIRO (IBG) is a network service between 17 participating banks that allow you to make transactions between your different bank accounts.

This means that you don’t have to run from one bank to another anymore to settle your payments or transfer funds.

You can enjoy two kinds of MEPS IBG services:

MEPS IBG Outward Fund Transfer

Outward Payment allows you to transfer funds from your HSBC account into any of your accounts at participating IBG banks so that you can:

Settle your credit card bills with the other bank
Pay your home, personal and business loan instalments
Make your personal financing payments

There are 3 simple ways you can do this:

Over the counter
1. Just visit your nearest HSBC bank with the necessary documents
2. Request to do an InterBank GIRO
3. Fill in the forms and your bank officer will process your request

Internet banking service
1. You must be registered for online banking services with HSBC
2. Logon to your online@hsbc account
3. Follow the easy instructions for GIRO transfer

*Each IBG transaction only costs RM2.00

MEPS IBG Inward Fund Transfer

Inward Fund Transfer allows you to transfer funds from any of your accounts at participating IBG banks to your HSBC account so that you can:

Settle your HSBC credit card bills
Pay your home, personal and business loan instalments
Make your personal financing payments

There are 3 simple ways you can do this:

Over the counter
1. Just bring necessary documentation to any participating bank where you have an account
2. Request to do an InterBank GIRO
3. Fill in the forms and your bank officer will process your request

Internet banking service
1. You must be registered for online banking services with HSBC
2. Visit your otherparticipating bank's website
3. Follow the easy instructions for GIRO transfer
