Malaysian citizens: If you are aged 21 years and above and earning RM18,000 per annum, you can apply for the Classic Card (RM40,000 per annum for the Gold Card)
To qualify for a Visa Platinum, you must be earning a minimum of RM150,000 per annum and be 21 years of age (Supplmentary applicant minimum age 18 years)
Non-Malaysian citizens: The above criteria also applies with an additional requirement that you must have a legal work permit
Documents Required:
Clear copy of IC (both sides)
Last 3 months' payslips or letter of confirmation from employer*
Last 3 months' bank statement (savings/current/credit card account)
Latest Form J/EA
*If employed for less than 3 months
If you are self-employed:
Copy of Business Registration (company must be established for at least 2 years)
Latest financial statement/profit and loss account
Last 3 months' (personal/company) bank statments
If you are an expatriate:
Copy of passport showing personal details and work permit (must be valid for at least one year)
Letter of confirmation from employer stating position, remuneration and duration of employment
