How to redeem

- Log on to www.hsbc.com.my
- Mail the request form to HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, Card Services, P.O.Box 13688, 50818 Kuala Lumpur
- Hand in your request form to your nearest HSBC branch in Malaysia
