  • The Potential Customer has no objections to HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah contacting them for the purposes of this Campaign.
  • You have read and understood the HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier Referral Program Terms and Conditions (PDF, 369KB).
  • You agree and acknowledge that you will be subject to the existing terms and conditions governing the aforementioned HSBC/HSBC Amanah Premier Referral Program and the Bank retains the right to amend these terms and conditions.
  • You also consent to and authorise HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah to disclose your name in the event the Potential Customer enquires about the source of their referral.
