How to request an increase of your credit limit

You can request a higher credit limit on your credit card so you can enjoy extra financial flexibility and better manage your spending on the things you love. There are a few ways to do it:

Online banking

It's easy to request1 an increase of your credit card limit online.

  2. Complete the online form and our representative will contact you on the next working day to complete the submission.

By phone

You can also request to increase your credit card limit by giving us a call.

HSBC Premier customers: Contact your Premier Relationship Manager to arrange an appointment.

All other HSBC customers: Call 1300 88 1388 (+603 8321 5400 if you are overseas).

At an HSBC branch

Feel free to pay us a visit and make your request in person.
