How to switch to eStatements

Step 1: Download and log on to the HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.

Don't have online banking? Register now.

Step 2: Go to 'Profile' and select 'Communication Preferences'.

Step 3: Select 'Statements' and switch off 'Paper statements' to opt for e-statements.

Here's how to switch to eStatements and eAdvice

Using HSBC Online Banking

Step 1: Log on HSBC Online Banking and hover over 'Services'.

Step 2: Select 'Change your statement preferences'.

Step 3: Select 'Online only' to opt for e-statements.

Using HSBC Malaysia mobile app

Step 1: Log on to your HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.

Step 2: Go to 'Profile' and select 'Communication Preferences.

Step 3: Select 'Statements' and switch off the 'Paper statements' to opt for e-statements.

Here's how to view your eStatements / eAdvice

Using HSBC Online Banking

Step 1: Log on to HSBC Online Banking and select 'View Statements' on the quick links.

Step 2: Under statement selection, select the 'Statement type' and 'Account' you wish to view.

Using the HSBC Malaysia app

Step 1: Log on to your HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.

Step 2 : Select the account you wish to view and select 'View Statements'.
