How to earn Reward points

Redeem instantly on the Mobile Banking app

How it works

Convert your points to rewards in the HSBC Malaysia Mobile Banking app.

  1. Log on to the app, select HSBC TravelOne Credit Card, then 'View more'.
  2. Choose 'Redeem points' and select Airline Miles, Hotel Points or Tree Planting.
  3. Enter your details, including your airline/hotel programme membership number where applicable.
  4. Review the details, read and accept the terms and conditions, and submit your redemption request.

Most airline miles and hotel points are transferred instantly. However, the duration may vary depending on the processing duration of selected participating partners. For example, ALL - Accor Live Limitless, Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings Club and Qatar Airways Privilege Club can take up to 5 working days to appear with exception to JAL Mileage Bank, takes up to 21 working days.
