HSBC SmartServe is the new, secure way to provide your personal details. It’s simpler and more convenient. Once registered, you can log on to upload your documents and check for any other requirements.
To register:
- Go to the HSBC SmartServe new user registration page
- Verify your email address and mobile number with a one-time verification code
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your registration and the HSBC Safeguard review
Already registered with HSBC SmartServe?
Log on to HSBC SmartServe. Then, answer a few questions and upload your documents.
Please note this is a legal requirement. If you don’t update your latest personal details, you could have restrictions applied to your accounts and any credit cards.
