Effective 14 November 2022. 1x Reward Points will be awarded for every RM1.00 Eligible Spend transaction charged and posted to your HSBC Premier World Mastercard Credit Card and there is no capping on the 1x Reward Points. Additional Reward Points ("ARP") subject to capping are awarded for the following categories of spend: Contactless Purchases, Groceries, Online Shopping and Overseas Spend. Additional Reward Points Cap per month is as follows: 8,000 ARP for Contactless Purchases, 4,000 ARP for Groceries, 4,000 ARP for Online Purchases and 15,000 ARP for Overseas Spend. Additional Reward Points for Online Purchases are awarded only on transactions made in Malaysian Ringgit via internet from Participating Merchants: Lazada, Fave, Grab, Shopee and Zalora. Additional Reward Points for Overseas Spend are awarded on spend that is posted to your HSBC Premier World Mastercard Credit Card account for face-to-face transactions made in foreign currency outside Malaysia. Mastercard Automatic Biller Update (Effective 12 June 2020)
HSBC Mastercard credit cardholders will automatically enjoy Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service. Mastercard ABU allows us to securely communicate cardholder's account changes (credit card number updates) for card-on-file and recurring payments to participating merchants. This will help maintain existing recurring payment arrangements and reduce transaction declines that can occur due to such changes. Not all merchants participate in the ABU service. Complete the form to opt out of Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) service.
