Extended banking services from the comfort of your home
We encourage you to use HSBC Malaysia online banking or mobile banking for your banking needs during this Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
If you are unable to use HSBC Malaysia online banking or mobile banking, you may alternatively choose to raise a request via e-Form or email for selected transactions.
How to Apply
For non-Premier customers, please Submit a request via e-Form at https://www.hsbc.com.my/contact/. You may refer to the Guide on how to complete the e-Form . We will be in touch within 3 to 5 working days to assist you in executing the Letter of Authorisation.
For Premier customers, e-Form is not required. You may proceed by emailing the completed Letter of Authorisation (which can be found below) to your Premier Relationship Manager and they will assist you with the transactions.
