We will also be able to provide you with information about The Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency, or commonly known as Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) which is an agency set up by Bank Negara Malaysia since April 2006 as an alternative option.

HSBC 6-month Automatic Deferment Programme

The 6-month automatic deferment period has ended on 30 September 2020. If you are comfortable that your monthly payments are starting again, we have alternative payment options post the deferment period to help you save more on the total accrued interest/profit/lease rental payable.
